The committee comprises government ministries, private enterprises, international cooperation institutions, NGOs, and the member universities of the project. The committee holds annual meetings to seek advice and support from the committee members on the specific requirements for developing skilled human resources in Japan and Africa. These meetings contribute toward the facilitation of actual practices, the contents of the study exchange programs for fostering such human resources, the evaluations of exchange programs of the member universities of the project, and internship opportunities for students.
