In 13 May 2021, the IAfP Office held a series of seminars titled “How to gain a certification of the Advanced Social Researcher”. Total seventeen graduate students and research fellows from the Department of African Studies at the Graduate School of Asian and African Area Studies (ASAFAS) participated in the seminar. Susumu Aihara, a research fellow at ASAFAS, gave a lecture to gain a certification of Advanced Social Researcher (by the regulation prescribed in Article 8). We hope this seminar will promote their carrier developments through social researches and fieldworks.
